Jennifer grew up in Northern Ontario, but has lived in Ottawa for many years. She now calls Ottawa home, though she maintains close ties to her hometown of Sault Ste. Marie and, especially, Pine Island, Ontario, where her parents now reside. She attended the University of Ottawa, graduating in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts, and in 2008 with a Bachelor of Laws.
Jen has been practising law since 2009, and joined Mark Arbique in 2012. Her practice is focused primarily on residential real estate, as well as wills, estates, corporate and business law.
She is a member of the Ottawa Curling Club, the Rideau Curling Club, and the Rotary Club of West Ottawa. She is also a past instructor in the Law Clerk program at Algonquin College, and former page in the House of Commons.
